Will this work?
I bought this kit for my old 05 Dmax and never used it. I want to install this on my 03 6.0l. Is the pump to big? The kit is the Dmax stg2. It is supposed to be the bigger pump for the Diesel. Nozzels say 625? Pump is the 220PSI. Im thinking about running straight meth.

Get a M15 (.25gpm) nozzle for it and try that. It should work fine. Does it have a progressive controller so you can set boost activation level, ramp up and flow rate. If not you may want to add one of those as well. Install the pump to gravity feed from the methanol reservoir and install the nozzle higher than the top of the reservoir so that it cannot siphon into the intake tubing.
