Will this last?

I would really like to put a supercharger on my truck, but I don't know if it will last. I was thinking of trying the Rotrex system with maybe 6 lbs of boost. I also thought about the sts kit, but I don't think it will be that good when I am off roading.
Truck Specs: 5.3l with 99,000 miles, 6" lift with 33" tires.
The motor runs fine and does not burn any oil.

I would do the Rotrex, no one around here has done one yet, and I would be neat to see. As far as the truck holding up to it, that's up to you and how hard you drive it.
My STS is holding strong with about 25k on it now a 7psi. Just turned it up to 10psi for when I feel evil

freshly installed radix on my truck at 108,000 km. Only 109,000km on it now, I guess one must make sure the engine is in good shape before pushing it or you will have trouble for sure. Things to watch for are compression, does it burn more than normal amounts of oil, tranny, t-case, rest of driveline, cooling system, blah, blah, blah. Mine over-heated and my rad looked fine, but obviously wasn't. Good luck with your decision.

I think I had about $700 in it
