I would think you could make any intercooler work with enough fabrication. That look like it's a similar size as the one that comes with the livernois kit. I would check the space between the framerails behind the bumper.

Do you have a pic of your intall. If the outlet of the blower is connected to the intake via tubing, then sure you can intercool it. Just fabrication.
You might consider a water meth kit over intercooling, more effecient and more power.

eBay Intercooler
This one would work. It is the same size as what I am using except it is a 4" core and mine is a 3". It fits between the bumper and frame parellell to the ground. But, my frame doesnt have that "tongue" deal in front of the frame. I have seen others with it, but I dont have it.

Depends on what piping would cost. I think you would be able to do something reasonably cheap. I dont know about yours, but all my bends are pretty much 90*, so I could easily duplicate it if I had to with just some mandrel bends, pipe and a welder.
Meth is pretty reasonable though, so I guess it is just preference. I may end up doing both.

Are they both pretty much the same in terms of performance... I just dont want to have to worry about turning it on and refilling the bottle

Most have a boost pressure switch to automaticaly turn it on under boost. And they usually just use a windshield washer resovoir to hold the fluid I think.

I doubt that you can make an air to air intercooler work with a sidemount Magnacharger. If you are serious about intercooling a sidemount you'll need to look at what the Whipplecharger guys are fabricating and be willing to spend a lot of money.
