Why don't u check for vacuum between ur tb and blower? Urs would be one of the best examples as u have already reduced most restrictions (4" tubing, no Maf, etc) plus u runs 11's. If u have no vacuuum, then kind of pointless to do swap. If u do, then obviously more to be gained. J-tubes can always be ported a little ;-)

I gained 30 rwhp going from a 78 to a 90mm TB. I think a little more than .2 in the 1/4.

Wow that is a good gain! Does anyone know if the LPE 100MM MAF would be too much for a truck with my setup? With of course going to a 90MM j-tube and doing the 4" piping to it along with a 90MM TB. Been looking for 90MM maf's but can't seem to find anything for my application yet

I think you can use the newer, cartridge style MAF... Without having to buy the 100 mm housing.

Was that with the stock maf and magnacharger tube? Nice gain btw!!!
