i see alot of people say to ditch the whippletronics... what exactly does that mean and what should be changed on these kits? also does anyone know were to by pullies for the whipple

 

Whipples come with (came with? I dunno if they still do) a piggyback computer and extra injectors that would spray into the intake somewhere to add fuel. You can replace your stock injectors with higher flowing ones to avoid putting two extra injectors on, and have a custom tune done to avoid the piggyback computer.

 

ahh i see! well thank you! i have my own injectors and im buying the kit from a friend so i will have it custom tuned!

 

I got my smaller pulley from Whipple. I couldn't find one anywhere else.

Definately chunk the Whipple piggyback computer and extra injectors. I went through 4 years of weird problems with mine and finally took it all off and put larger injectors on and had it tuned. Mine had a hot-start problem for years when I had the Whipple computer on the truck. It went away the day that I removed the piggyback computer.
