I bought a whipple a little over a month ago and got a chance to instal it over the holidays. I also installed a crane trucker cam 216/224 .551/.551 115lsa at the same time with patriot gold valve springs.

I read a lot of bad stuff about whipple before i installed it but these whipples really arent that bad. I ditched the whippletronics and got some 60lb injectors. I brought it over to Horsepower Solutions and they dynotuned it for me. I highly recommend them for anyone in the Edmonton area as they were very helpful. It made 389rwhp/377ftlbs at 7psi with a bit of belt slip (you can see in the graph). Not too bad for a daily driver and the power is incredible. Once it starts warming up a bit i would like to build an intercooler or get a meth kit and hopefully get well into the 400hp range but for now its great

Sweet. Can't beat that for 750. I'll have to remember Horsepower Solutions when I put my TVS in this spring.

 

Definately worth it. The guys there love their lsx stuff. The guy who tuned my truck, neil, used to have a fox body mustang with a 6L running 8s and now he's putting it into a fairmont. They also had a 2 door tahoe with a 421 and twin turbos pushing out over 1000hp.
