Default whipple twin screw or procharger

I have a whipple 2 belt twin screw side mounted sc that I'm wanting to install on a single cab 02 5.3 silverado with tune, longtube headers, k&n, 3.73 with trutrac posi. But I got a deal a few days ago on a procharger p1sc unit. I'm going to run about 7lbs max since my block is stock. What would you guys recommend more the whipple or the procharger. My truck is a daily driver. Thanks in advance

for a DD limited to 7lbs I'd agree.

So you have both whipple and procharger? Or which do you have now?

right now I have the whipple. I just need the whipple crank pulley and walbro fuel pump to make the installation, but a guy is offering me a procharger at a good price as well. The whipple supercharger is not intercooled. 7lbs is what I heard that is kind of safe since my internal engine is stock and over 100k miles or what do you guys recommend. I really don't know much The procharger is complete also probably going to be removed this weekend from a 5.3.

stock converter?

At 7psi i'd go for the whipple. You dont need a crank pulley or fuel pump for 7psi. Stock pump is fine.

right now I do, but I have one at home that is like a 2400 I believe. Should I install it or what should I do? I'm needing this whipple crank pulley because its the 2 belt system and I've been told it will be offset and have 42lb injectors since I'll be going with a nelson tune instead of the whipple electronics

Ah okay makes sense. The whipple would run pretty nice with the 2400. Procharger would want 3600.
