I'm actually on my 2nd whipple. I had one on my 99 Z71 truck for a while. The added torque really make it a nice addition to a heavy vehicle like my Tahoe. I actually enjoy the daily commute now.

Look at Sig! It's been on my truck since it had 4K miles. Now it's at 35K.

We've had a Whipple on a 2000 4WD Suburban since it was new in 2000. It now has 95,000 miles. It has the Whippletronics computer. We had severe detonation rattles last year which were cured by using some new plugs and by replacing the MAF sensor as recommended by Whipple support. The old plugs were severely toasted. The replacement plugs are not stock, but were a model recommended by Whipple. We are thinking of trying a tuned ECM and bigger injectors for fun. The suv runs strong now, but, maybe it'll be better with a Nelson tune and some changes. What is the general consensus?

Send 'Whippled2dr' a PM, he just did the conversion and has been running a whipple for some time now.

Hey, i just recently purchased a Whipple Charger for my 04 RCSB and I was wondering if anyone had the install instructions? I bought it off of ebay and it didn't come with any. How often do you have to change the oil in the charger? How do you check the compressor? I just got it, the guy said it only had 3k miles on it, but I'm not so sure. Also, I know I am getting rid of the electronics from Whipple, but what all do I need to install? Thanks, Rob

Rob - show us some pictures of what you've bought (or a link to the auction). There are a couple of different blower configurations. We can help once we kow what we are dealing with.

Alright, I'm at work so I'll post some up at lunch time. He said it was off of his 06 silverado, but I looked at the back of the whipple efi and it had some tape ripped off that said tahoe written in pencil. I also noticed on other peoples settup the efi was located on the underhood fuse box. I looked at his fuse box and saw no holes?
