Whipple 2.9L on a truck

That wasnt with the Phenolic spacer that the maggie desperately needs when pushed hard either. There is less gain there with the whipple. I'm confident the numbers on joes build would have been higher with that spacer in place.
IMO the 2.9 whipple isnt much more capable, if at all, than the jack shaft 2300 when all the right mods have been done to the maggie. That means port matched lower manifold (they come in a tear drop shape), inlet opened to 102mm, and OD rear cog pullies. That is a chunk of change there for all of those mods, where as the whipple comes ready to compete as is. Thats the main advantage.

I've had it set up like this for about a year, no belt slip or other issues.
The other option is convert to 2010 and up Camaro accessories.

I ran a 11.75 with the Maggie 112 at 8 pounds, I would be disappointed with anything less than 10's at 15 psi with the Whipple.
I've been collecting parts to finish the fuel system and get it on the dyno. I'll share the numbers, good or bad.
