where did you get your 60#ers?

This is the last thing I have to buy to complete my purchases for my turbo setup. Just wondering wheres the most reasonable place to get them.
Also, I've heard horror stories about tuning the 60s at idle and part throttle, anybody encountered this???.... What all besides injector pigtails and tuning do I need to run them???

I got mine here. Flow matched.

You'll have to raise the fuel rails, a spacer.
I still haven't gotten mine tuned to the point I like. It runs and idles fine but the tune isn't as good as it was before. Lost some gas mileage.

my 07 has 60# motrons and spacers and pigtails.
I know there's a new shorter style injector out that is a drop-in for LS3 vettes thats rated at 60 lbs. I'm not exactly sure who makes it, but I just installed some in a friend's 08 with a blower a few weeks ago.
Honestly if your tuner is good it shouldn't be an issue. I've driven a ton of vehicles with 60's in them (the sub, my paxton vette, the 08 LS3 paxton vette, buddy's TT LS2 GTO, my turbo vette, buddy's 03 avalanche thats NA at the moment) The sub, 08 vette, gto are stock cammed, my 2 vettes and the avalanche have mild cams in them with no headaches...

I get all of my stuff from a non-supporting shop so I'll have to PM you their info in your price search.
From what I've stared over shoulders at during tuning with EFI all you really have to do is rescale the injector scaling. Of course I'm limited to read, upload, and scan features when it comes to the laptop, self induced of course

Ok, the spacers are this big...

thats on the 07 sub with stock rails obviously. Also the adapter pig tails are shown there.

I've been talking with these guys http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/index.php They're sponsors on tech and they say they can rebuilt our stock injectors ( https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=988864 ) to flow 42lbs/hr at 3 bar which would make them about 48-49 at our 4 bar pressure. They think they can reflow the marine injectors to 50, maybe even 60lbs/hr. I'm gona try to call and talk to them some more on Monday. Would be nice to have a drop in 60lbs/hr injector. Would make tuning easy, although I really didn't have a hard time tuning the 60's I put in my truck.

I got my SD 60's from SpeedInc. There was a good thread I participated in on the HPT forum about fine tuning the short pulse adders and such for the mototrons and mine work pretty well. I am using Aeromotive fuel rails with my KB kit that are made for standard LS1 injector length so I can't help with the spacer issue.
