Definitely not a straight swap affair but it's in.

Did you use the muffler that came in the kit?

Yes sir. I'll swap it to another true 4" muffler down the road.

little late to the party, but this is pretty much the same i did with mine. I grabbed the cheapest 4" straight pipe exhaust for a 2010+ duramax truck was like $250 iirc in stainless, magnaflow 4" straight thru mufflers a 30" and a 6", added a flex section.
wasnt a direct fit by any means but the over the axle section was pretty close, had to move all the hangers, i added in some vbands where it makes putting it all on and off easier.

Finally got my kit on. Went together pretty easily, didn’t even have to cut anything. My tip don’t stick out neither.

[QUOTE=BlackPanther6.0;5463013]i just did a full 4" exhaust on mine.

Magnaflow 4" system part number 17035 cost 150 shipped on ebay

Dang, just went to buy the Magnaflow 4" system that you posted up and it's $500 now! Guess I'm sticking with the 3.5" that comes on the 6.2L. I think it's 3.5" until it hits the resonator and then it's 3" out from the resonator. If I delete the resonator, I'm not sure how I'm going to run 3.5" from the muffler to the tailpipe because I haven't found someone that bends 3.5".

Guess that seller woke up haha. There are some other kits around $280 still. Dual tip versions were that much I checked earlier today. Although dual 4" out the back is probably a bit tight out the driver's side, through shock and around tire, etc.
