Disregard how dirty it is!

Think we will judge you on some dirt?

What's the world coming to?

I'm in for results if the OP buys it.

Anybody have a 4in exhaust that's quiet as stock? Or pretty close?

I have Kooks 1 7/8” longtubes, their off-road y, cut at the junction and replaced with a Flowmaster 3”” to 4” Scavenger merge, an FTE resonator, a Hooker Maxflow muffler, and then a Helmholtz resonator. It’s far from
crazy, but it’s definitely not subtle! A RCSB 4x4 gets a little tight under there. I may put another Maxflow at the spare tire vicinity to tame it a little more. 4” is just so hard to get quiet.

I like the Magnaflow 4" for 6.2 but it's expensive! May do it anyway.

Just thought...use Magnaflow's muffler and resonator from their 4" for a throaty but still quiet ex. with no drone...at least what they say.

i just did a full 4" exhaust on mine.

i have speed engineering 1 3/4 headers into their dual x exhaust. i had the muffler shop fab up the following items

Magnaflow 4" system part number 17035 cost 150 shipped on ebay

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Magnaflow-1...72.m2749.l2649

corsa 4" diesel muffler part number 8004002 cost 297 shipped on amazon

Amazon Amazon

Flowmaster Y Merge 300400 cost was 60 on ebay

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Flowmaster-...72.m2749.l2649

pretty much had the guy chop off the speed engineering x pipe and attached the flowmaster Y merge and used the tubing from the magnaflow, he only had to cut one piece to make it work because the carrier bearing support frame was a little in the way. i used the corsa muffler over the magnaflow it came with.

here is a small idle vid
