Dumping fuel and getting the exhaust HOT did the trick for me.
I can usally build around 6 psi, but with a richer A/F, and after a few back to back drag runs I was able to run almost 12 psi which gave me a 1.8 60"
My exhaust is wraped, but no turbo blanket.

Harlan is coming out with a new 2 step soon. It will have an ignition retard built into it too. I have no idea when it'll actually be available though.
