What companies have ya'll been using without out having to cut the factory wiring. I have a 5.3l with a Procharged setup I still have my stock injectors.

The largest drop in injectors available for our trucks are 42# 8.1 Marine injectors. I have a set but haven't installed them yet.

check out the 44 pounders from racetronix. Those are the ones I just bought. According to racetronix they are drop in. I haven't installed mine yet.
Still waiting for someone to hook me up with a fuel pump kit like what comes with the radix. PM me if anyone can help me out.

Yes you can! That's what I'm running it was a breeze to install. PM BlownChevy, he'll point you in the right direction for the fuel pump.

These are what i have and they are installed...

a little tip, when you install them spray some silicone on the injector where it goes into the ring seal to help it push in. The 42#ers are just a tad larger and make for a tighter fit that can be a real pain to get in but, they will go in... I found it best to remove the whole fuel rail to install them...

Cool

I have the Racetonix Delphi Multec II stubbies and they are working great and a direct install. Be sure to lube the o-rings with some vaseline. Racetronix also has Walbro 255LPH inline pumps and wiring harness for people with return type fuel systems ( 99-03 ).
The injectors listed in this link are a couple of $$$$ more but are flow matched.

Don't forget to install your new tune when you install the injectors.

I pm'ed blownchevy and he pointed me to a guy named Jose. I've have called him numerous times over the past 3 weeks and he tells me the same thing everytime, "I should have it tomorrow". I'm not bashing on this guy, maybe he is busy. However, I would like to know if he can help me out or not. If not, thats ok, I'll do something else. Any ideas???
