You can pick up a universal check valve and just put it into the hose between the intake manifold and canister.

Hydroboost uses the power steering fluid and pump for brake assist instead of vacuum.

guess you want the portion of the check valve that opens allowing vacuum to enter the canister pointing towards manifold right? that way when the manifold sees positive pressure it will actually push the checkvalve closed and hopefully hold the vacuum inside canister correct?

Went to autozone, they said they didn't show anything for a check valve on a 2002 brake booster silverado. They showed me the universal brake booster check valve, but the vacuum line port seemed like it was 1/4" which was too small for the chevy vacuum line, maybe it will fit lol I'm not
sure through as it seemed too small (1/4" inner diameter)

can I get the check valve at a parts store or do I need to go to dealership?
Yes, you need the check valve, the stock setup you have is the same as mine was, that allows boost to enter the vacuum booster and work against you. I could tell as soon as my boost gauge would hit 0 vacuum, the truck would start pushing away, installed a check valve just like the stock one from my 2000, works much much better. Toomnymods, this would work for you as well if you don't already have one from the factory, not sure how the nissan's are setup. And when you install it, you want to be able to blow air towards the intake manifold, and not towards the booster.

You could run a check valve like this that i run for my pcv. They come in different sizes and you can get different sized barbs for them. I cant remember what size the hose is for the brake booster.
