Hey guys

What would it require to run a new TVS on an older 99-02 Truck with cable throttle? New throttle body?

Custom tuning will be done, but curious on which parts extra would be needed to get it to work?

So did some reading, Foudn that Etaon sold limited production tvs 1900 units for GMT900's, and were available to fit on an odler truck with some mods. However, doesnt look like they are available anymore...So what would be my best bet? Magnahcarger still sell TVS kits? or maybve an older Radix kit?

Give me some incite, its much appreciated

 

I'm guessing the kit itself would be about the same... just need to build some brackets for the throttle cable... no biggie IMO

 

I've got tvs 1900 on my 2000. I got it used with all the stuff to work on a cable throttle body. But i think this is all you need..
-Get the kit that is for return style fuel system.
-You need to make a bracket for the throttle cable.
-4 bolt throttle body or a 3 to 4 bolt adapter, might come with the kit?
-EGR delete.
-Custom tune

 

Do they still sell the Eaton 1900 tvs's?

 

you can find them..they pop up for sale quite often..

 

AAA I only want to buy new...i know i know used would be fine..but I only want brand new in box. Does magnacharger still sell 03-07 tvs kits? that way all i have to do is figure out the throttle bracket..

 

I have a Brand New in the box Roush TVS1900 I'd sell. It's the same compressor as the Magnuson TVS1900. If you want, I could gather all the necessary parts for installing it on a Pre-07 truck. PM me if you have any interest.
