Thanks for the fix, and the info. I was hoping you or the likes of a few others that know a lot would help me out. Weren't you on the solstice forum for a while? Anyway, I wonder what the detailed specs are on mine, all I know at this point is the 60-1 with the .58 A/R. They were for another project that went south, an were picked out by the previous builder. Which motor would you consider? I can get a 4.8 less than 80K for about 800. They want close to 1400 for a 6.0 with the same mileage. Thinking on what my setup might be I could use the extra money to make the 4.8 give me what I need instead of spending money on the 6.0.

I see you ran them on your 408 and 427 with the .48 A/R, if thats the case then maybe the 6.0 would be better.

Thanks
Rench

My bad, i thought you were only using 1 at the first sight of the thread. twin 60's would be a blast on a 5.3 or 6.0 pretty much instant boost! You wouldn't be able to push them far but it would be more than enough IMO

I'd do a 5.7 or 6.0. yeah, it's $600 extra, but it's also 74 cubes, plus, the heads are better (317s).

Keep posting this pic... I'm going to run twin Turbonetic 60-1's on a 5.3 with 317's and a Senergy turbo cam.

They are p trim turbines. I have two sets of turbine housings. One set came with the turbo's which is .96 and the other ones I have which I'm going to use are .81. Both are way to big for my 5.3. I'm trying to get ahold of either .58 or .68.

What do you think you'll run, return style or non return style? Are you going to be using a boost controller?

chevybowtie, that sounds like a nice combo. What are you expecting power wise? .81's are big, but man it sounds fun..
