What kind of power is a t4 turbo with a 45mm compressor capable of?

Did some flow tests with the 45mm and the big 76mm for my truck. With the same input airflow the 76 spooled faster and flowed 3x the air and force.
I guess i'll eBay the Holset 45mm and put the KKK76mm on the Blazer.
I guess its because the 76mm on the exhaust side it has more fins than the 45mm.
