Default what injectors should i run

i have a 5.3l lm7. i have stock internals with around a 9.5:1 cr. i have a A1000 fuel pump and regulator with aeromotive ls1 rails. the turbo i have is a garrett gt4082. i want a mild set up(like 400-450hp) for now. ill be running only around 5-6 psi. i was thinking of runninf 40# injectors but iv been told they wont flow enough fuel. like i said i dont wont huge power right now (because of stock internals). what injectors are you guys running? the car is still in pieces but im trying to plan ahead.

5-6psi on 5.3? 44#'s will be fine IMO.

Fuel economy is directly related to how the car is driven. For normal driving, it will remain pretty much the same, maybe a tad better.

44# inj's is what you should run. I'm running 44# inj at 6 psi on my stock LM7 and making a little more HP than your looking for and I'm doing fine with fuel pressure.

Driving style will effect your MPG, but...I was seeing 21+mpg before my set up and after my set up w/ injectors I'm seeing around 15 mpg. Obviously my driving habits have varied a great deal because of led foot but I wouldn't expect less than 2 mpg drop. But that's just me.
