Look inside all silicones.
Check turbo inlet as well.
You can bet some of the pieces if small enough, are inside the core.

there is nothing, but oil on inside the exit on the intercooler, but could be blocking tubes...going to rinse with simple green and alcohol

Wow... thats weird looking.

How did you have your breather hoses set up? Oil would have to be my guess too.

That's crazy looking.... Was your intercooler and piping shipped in styrofoam peanuts? If so you may have not gotten them all out, and they turned into black crud?!

We're you injecting something like alcohol pre intercooler? Maybe the tubing was being broken down by the fluid.

the seals on the s/c are fine, it has the correct level of oil in it...my original evap was sucking right from the two valve covers out of mopar style breathers, threw -12 line right to the inlet of the supercharger , I thought the breathers would separate the oil from the vapor. it only did in low rpm's... at 6k the blow off valve would have a mist of oil that came out of it, so I socked it, to keep the oil off the belt. not injecting anything pre intercooler...
