i am helping a buddy of mine hop up his truck a little. he seems more the bolt it on and drive it for years type than me so i recommended a magna charger.

he read up on them a little and is going to go that route but i forgot about all the different options that have come along over the years. mp112, 112hh, 122hh, 1900? 1900tvs, 2300(tvs?)

yeah, not even sure how many of those i made up or how many i might have forgot.

can anyone give me the low down on what all units there are to choose from for an 03 silverado ss? i will be suggesting he steps up from the mp112 but beyond that i don't really know what to suggest.

also what is the cheapest place to get one?

 

On a budget look for a used M112 but if he has the $ just do the R1900 TVS.

 

I agree go with a new TVS 2300, then the 1900, then 122, then 112.
