The Plot
#1
Well I've reached the point where I need to start ploting and saving for the motor swap. I have only 10K on the factory warenty (about a year the way I drive) so I need to start saving and ploting for the upcoming motor swap I will be doing. I 90% sure I want to go with the LS1 5.7 over the 6.0. I like the aluminum over the extra cubes. Here is The Plot so far:
LS1-Edit and Auto-Tap are a must.
From there
5.7 (ls1 or ls6 whats the $$ diference)
or
6.0 (ragular or HO what the $$ diference)
Used motor V. New motor
Box stock V. Built motor
What is the best bang for the buck motor swap.

stock is a nono if you build a motor at least get forged pistons and rods dont waste your money on stock stuff also unless you are going for major horsepower than get an aluminum block
