If the regulator is going bad, it should lean you out, not richen.

nope no tunning sof close by my tuner lives an hr away , so there's no way the fpr could be trowing more fuel than it should

When it's working properly, at WOT it gives max fuel pressure. If not working properly, fuel pressure will be lower. Given the same injector PWM at a lower fuel pressure, should be leaner, not richer.

dawm i dont know wat to think now , the a/f was perfect all this time all of a sudden it started doing it this rich problem , i thought the a/f gauge was going bad but no u can really feel the slugishness at 9.9 af i even raced a camaro and the races were diff out come dependin on the a/f

One more try, did you change your belt after you had the truck tuned?
