thats cool atleast you found the problem nothings worse than have something wrong with your truck and not knowing what it is. that makes sense why your not hearing the WG cause when your butterfly on the throttle body closeing your WGs not opening cause the extra boost is going out of the hole instead of back though the turbo.
ill probably upgrade to better clamp connectors on the couplers

actually no I didnt. before the hole I did notice that there was a crevice there from where it had rubbed, btu I actually thought someone made it like that so it would clear the sway bar

I've got one small place where an intercooler pipe runs right up against the swaybar so I took a sheet of rubber and wrapped the swaybar and tie-wrapped it to the swaybar just so this very thing wouldn't happen.... Might want to consider something similar....
