Default wastegate psi ???

i was wondering right now there is a 10 psi spring in the wastegate. if i want to run less boost with a manual boost controller, and just turn it up when i want to do i have to get a smaller spring, like a 5 psi spring???

Thanks!!

sounds right to me. Throw a 5 psi spring in there and then the boost contoller will hold the spring shut until the psi you have chosen. I was looking into the Voodoo Boost last night.

That's the only way you can run less boost (change springs).

You will only be able to run about twice the spring pressure in boost before exhaust starts pushing though.
