Seal ring is in. I don't know what the back psi is. Stock 6.0 with gt2/3 cam, kb t6 kit with s480 1.32ex, 4 inch down pipe. Bench tested the gate and it seems to work fine everytime. Have not asked kb yet.

OK, here's my theory, that turbo has a huge hot side, the WG is big, you have pretty much no back pressure before or after the turbo with the 4" DP. The WG cracks just a little and you loose the pressure differential across the turbo which is what it needs to spool the turbo.

Solutions, put on a smaller WG or restrict it so it flows a lot less. Block off 1/2 of the scroll to make more pre-turbo back pressure, put smaller exhaust after the 4" DP... IDK, lol. I think you just need more back pressure to spool the turbo...

Maybe the WG needs to be in the cross over where it won't work...

The 4 inch dp goes into a 3 inch flowmaster cat back. I guess I'll just throw some co2 on the gate and see what happens. I took this kit off my 2wd changed the log and nothing else made 12psi on other truck and 4psi on this truck.
