That's a major contributing factor to your problem. You either need to put more back pressure in the system or add more wastegate.

What would you recommend to do to add pressure. Don't really wanna cobble it. Would be cheaper then a gate....but if it didn't work then I gotta spend more and still get a gate lol

How did the 5" fit. 4" barely fits in some area.
Did you have to crush it anywhere?

My top port is vented to atmosphere, per the instructions on it? Five inch fits pretty well. It's close but not touching.

I know you want to maximize the flow, hence the 5" but with a turbo, you have to balance the flow if you're trying to control the boost (aka control power level). No point in having huge exhaust (5", enough for probably 1500hp) if you only want 700hp. You can try getting a 5-3" or 5-3.5" reducer and just band clamp it to the end of your tailpipe and find out what it takes to control the boost. Then once you figure that out, find a place to put that hidden in your 5" tailpipe. It's sound weird that you're actually trying to reduce your tail pipe, but that's what it take to control your power level, right? Otherwise, you're just trying to make all the horsepowers!

Everything I read said tap the compressor housing outlet, not a vacuum/boost source. Not that it wont work but its slower to show changes which makes sense.
