Even when I took the mbc off and hooked it direct it still didn't work.

make sure the bottom of the wastegate is bolted to the crossover, its a lot easier to put it on backwards than most people think.

Well I tryed a diff wg with a 7lb spring and same thing happened then put my old one on and took the spring completely out and it still made boost... Precision turbo FTW!

As I said before the gate is most likely froze up. Pull it apart and verify the valve moves freely.

valve moves fine... I can hear the wg open as soon as I crank it.

so u think even with the spring out and it ref off the compressor housing that its still not opeing all the way? Im begining to think the wg is just too small.
