Vortech w 3.12 pulley. Shouldn't I have more boost?

1. I think you're right that you may be too rich.
2. At 100psi fuel, your injectors may be going static. Injectors shouldn't be over about 70psi very often it will cause them to leak. At 100psi they can stick open unable to close. That's the reason I got rid of my FMU, it gives an inconsistant tune. If you can, bigger injectors with a 2BAR MAP is preferable.

I'm going to make a couple of calls today and try to find a Gatorback belt for it.

Well, I looked the belt over last night and there is very little dust on it. Auto zone can order me a Gatorback belt, and I may go ahead and do it, but I'm really doubting that it's going to have any effect.
