My S trim is pretty loud with a 3.12 pulley. I may throw a 2.87 on there until I get the bigger motor in there as the T trim is a bit of over kill for this little 5.3 I think

For now I will probably use the stock bosche bypass, but I would like to get the vortech Maxflo bypass.

Im wondering if I should use the 3.33 pulley, or order a smaller one right off the bat since I want at least 450 rwhp (in the 6.0L).

I ordered my cam from cam motion, and have the rest of the accessories on the way.

definately go with the smaller pulley. Power doesnt come on for us like it does with the Radix. The 3.33 doesnt make crap for power other than on a dyno. Go with at least a 3.12. you may want to go smaller if you dont have a converter. Ive got a PI VIG 3000 that is pretty aggressive.

no. Im using the same belt. Im pretty sure its 113". Im going to go with a 111" when I go down again though. I do get some slip (squeeling) if I let off the throttle in the higher rpms but I think that is do to the inlet to the bypass not being larger enough. You are supposed to have a 1.5 ID tube to the larger bypass valve and I rigged it to the tube that was already on the inlet tube to the TB.
