V6 to 5.3l v8?

V6 to 5.3l v8?
ok i have a 2002 silvy with a 4.3 it has high miles so i bought a v8...will any of the accesories of my v6 work with the v8....the v8 came of a 2005 silvy will it fit right in place or how many adjustments are needed.. please any advice would help...
