Using stock manifold for turbo??

Thanks man. I have 4 sets of stock manifolds. One from my truck, one from my ls3 Camaro, one from a ls1 gto and the ones I'm using from my old ls1 Camaro. Im using the Camaro ones bc they fit best and the exhaust exit on them is at the best angle for my setup. I even mixed and matched to see what works best and the ls1 Camaro manifolds work best but I have seen guys using stock truck manifolds and they can work well too

Thanks guys for the links and the information!
I really like the clean look of running the crossover pipe behind the motor has anyone done this? or can it even be done?

I think all of the kb trick, etc etc kits ALL cross behind the motor

Yea they are. They use the factory driver side manifold and utilize a log type manifold on the passenger side. The crossover connects to the rear of the log and the log has a 90 degree bend in the front and the turbo mounts on top

i just did a set for mine, flipped and facing forward, cut the flanges off and ground them all down and welded 2.5 inch v-band flanges to them. i am using v-band housing precision turbos so it will be real simple v-band to v-band with a small bend in between with enough room to mount wastegates....but i am contemplating welding the wastegates to the manifolds
