Its a air2water PT2000 intercooler. I run 2 BOV's cause it help to reduce the stress on the cog belt when you chop the throttle. The blower is an F2.
All the runs in the vid above where made on 17 lbs of boost. It has run a best of 8.99 @ 154 with trashed head gaskets at 24-26 lbs of boost. It would have picked up a lot more than that except I had to have literally almost all the timing out of it so that it would leave somewhat decent. The best 60' on 17 lbs was 1.34 and the best 60' with the 26 lb pulleys is only 1.39. It was on a shitty track.
If you search in the project section of this site I have a rather large build thread that documents this entire build from start to today. Lots of information in that thread.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Looking forward to your build.

Going to stick with a carb. Will send it back to Pro Systems to be redone for the new engine and for blow thru. I checked with the Carb Shop and they didn't want to redo my Pro Systems. They wanted 1600 bucks for a new carb. Not going to happen.......I do like my Carb set up.

Its going back together now with the plan of more boost than that. You'll be much better off with the gear drive. You certainly have a list of parts that should out run mine so I think you'll be more than surprised.

Hi, been reading your build section. I really am not up to this, wow. So much I have no idea about. Way over my head, heheh. But I'm not a quitter , so I will go ahead with vengeance . I noticed you referenced the weight of your pickup as about 3700-3800 lbs. I have got mine down to 3380 without me in it. I was 280 until my surgery now I'm down to your size. Of course I have really stripped the pickup big time. Its GUTTED. And we figure it will be 3100 ( maybe a little less ) after tube frame. I found that good deal on the LSX block so that is a step forward too. A 427 is what I've always been wanting. Pro Systems said I could be 9.5 to 1 comp. My engine builder suggest 8.5 to 1. What have you had your compression at ? I will be picking your brain if that's ok. I am going with air to air intercooler, that will be one difference. and of course you have the F2 and mine is a bit smaller F1X. I'm running a Power glide also. Just got my converter back from PTC It should be stalled around 3500, and redone for the pro charger. I'm dead in the water till I get back to work. No paycheck = no parts. Also maxed at the bank. Getting all new for the engine except cam, it only has 2 runs on it. and should be spec'd good for the F1X. don't know why pics don't come up
