Update , long over due

Well I haven't been on site for some time. Kinda wore out my welcome . Anyway thought I'd let everyone know what has happened. Freshen up motor , got a new Bullet cam. bored to .065 with new pistons . Had a couple of better runs, not quite where I wanted but close. 3rd run had a nos backfire and found a wire off fuel solenoid . Well not motors fault, but mine. Expensive lesson for sure. Did run a 10.28 @ 133.
Have decided to go Pro Charger. Going to use a Alston gear drive. Bought a LSX block and will bore to 4.125. Had knee surgery and am not going back to work till end of march. so probably wont be running till this time 2016.
Hope everyone is having great runs with their pickups.

Goals, well have always wanted in the 9's. My MPH's are good enough to be 9.90's.The people at Pro Charger said the guys with same engine set up I'm going to have are running 1300 HP at flywheel and 1000 at rear wheels. We are building a full tube frame and finally getting my adjustable front coil overs and redoing ladder bars. Hoping this will solve traction problems as well as taking about 300 to 400 lbs. more weight off pickup. The pro charger I got is a F1X. We shall see..............

Thanks for the interest guys. When things start moving I'll see about doing a build thread. Probably be spring before we start on tube frame. Then more towards the end of year on engine. Head'n for the drag strip now. It's bout 70 degrees here and there will be a few GEAR HEADS there I'm sure.lol

Tube Frame will be a nice change.
Don't you currently have ladder bars?
