Indeed! Now it just needs some forged rods and pistons with some head studs to crank up the boost.

I'm pretty sure he got a new truck pretty much just like his old one.

Oh ok, I remember he got screwed by his insurance when his truck burned down so I didn't know what he ended up doing but apparently he went right back to work!

I have never seen mine go past 7psi (stupid 2.3L blower). I thought it might have been higher but found out my gauge was muffed up when i swapped out to the new one. At 7psi and 15* i was seeing 400+rwhp and 500+rwtq. I would love to get 10psi into this thing cause with a little over 6psi right now...it moves *** for a large truck. From what i understand though, you will be held back a bit by the trany (if you have the Allison) as it hates the 5-4 shift under boost. Also, I have heard these pistons dont hold up to well beyond 8 or 9lbs. With some forged internals and a stge 4 or 5 suncoast Ally, you could have some serious fun though i bet.

I'm not nessesarily looking for max power at high RPM (but wouldn't mind smacking a muskrat every now and then either) and would like to know what size turbos I should look for? How much boost is possible with the stock setup? Any guidence would help.
Not looking for max power...yeah right. I know how you are!

Your right about the tranny it sure does not like that for some reason.

On another note my pops has pushed his to 15psi with his twin rear turbos. Yes! 15psi when all conditions are good and for short periods of time of course. Low IAT's low humidity and so forth. His is all stock motor with an sd tune from Allen at nelson performance. It is usually on 8-10psi setting though.
