Erik you should weld some fins all along the charge pipes to see if you can't add even more surface area. Looks awesome btw!
Can't wait to see some results/numbers.
when you plan on turning the key?

The results/numbers depend on the answer to the last question, which depends on when the IC gets finished.
I'm on a stupid tight deadline now with the move. I'm going to ship the truck (don't want my break in miles to be on a 2000 mile roadtrip!) and am waiting on the DS, plus the IC fixin' plus coating. I ran out of welding gas AGAIN!! today so I didn't get the bungs welded
That translates to Thursday to finish those up because I have to work tomorrow (can't ya hear the violins?? I work one day a week this summer lol). Then hopefully I can drop off everything but the front charge pipes for coating and get those back in a few days... I still need to finish the trans wiring and install some minor stuff (catch can, etc) and run vacuum lines. Then, the battery and tune and hopefully I can get her running in 1.5 weeks with the turbos spinning. If I can do that and squeeze in some dyno time here I'll get it tuned and some dyno numebrs at least. If I have to ship it without tuning down here, I have no idea -- I have to scope out Roch for a dyno.
Honestly, I'll be happy with a street tune and being able to drive the damn thing lol

Just to be on the safe side, what are some other brands that have been known to work?
