No no Grip -- you have to threaten to burn it to the ground. Then things start working again

Tubing = 99% done exhaust valve to intake valve

What's left:
1) Decide where to put the BOV (and possibly order a second BOV )
2) finalize wastegate placement and weld in
3) O2 and WBO2 bungs
4) finish a couple of welds in the charge pipes (1/2 way around and ran out of gas lol)
5) send everything to the coaters!

We've got an open house tomorrow, so pics may have to wait until Monday

More photographic goodnessosity:

First, some pictures of the rare animal twinchargepipus remoticus and then a special surprise (ask for an 'under 3 years old' toy where appropriate).

2 inch pipes connecting to the turbo feed pipes and beginning the run to the front of the truck:

2 to 2.25 inch expansion pipe running to the wheel well:

Making the bend into the passenger side wheel well:

The run through the wheel well -- coupling with the 2.25 to 2.5 inch expansion pipe:

Making the wheel well run clear the suspension:

Ground up view of the wheel well run:

Exiting the wheel well in the front:

Finishing the run to the front:

Making the 90* bend to reach the intercooler:

Climbing up and snaking around all the stuff in the way, passenger side:

Top-down view of the IC and charge pipe mating on the passenger side -- yes, there's something missing here I had to modify the IC 'slightly' and the end tank will be finished out by the coating company:

(pic mia)

Making the run from the front passenger side corner to the driver's side of the intercooler:

Climbing up and snaking around all the stuff in the way, driver's side:

On to the FMIC to TB 4" charge pipe:

Top-down:

Feeding the mill:

And yes, we have clearance, Clarence! (see Airplane! for reference )

I'm routing the two meth injectors to a point directly above the blue temporary coupling. I'll be using two 15g nozzles from Alky Control. My temp sensor will be place on the driver's side near the cobrahead along with a bung for the PCV system.

And now, for what you've all been waiting for -- the SURPRISE!!

...but first, let's look at some outside views

View from the passenger side grill in the lower valence:

View from the center grill in the lower valence:

View from the driver's side grill in the lower valence:

Well, just pretend I remembered to take that picture. It would have made you say "CooL!!"

And without further adieu:

No I really mean it this time...

Here's a mock-up of the extremely rare, rumored to be extinct, twinus blowoffvalvus mounted to the IC:

That's it. Next installment will be after the pipes are all coated!

So until next time, Faithful Reader, arivwar!

Looking great Erik!

good looking setup. but i have heard alot of FI guys complaining about the magnaflow spun mettalic cats. chase had his melt down in less than a month i think. they were not made for FI and rich mixtures. you might wanna consider some other brand of cats.

Thanks for the heads up, but these are only for NY state inspections

Just to be on the safe side, what are some other brands that have been known to work?
