May as well get what you want and forge later if you want to turn it up.
The Edelbrock (TVS) and Whipple (twin-screw) kits for the 6.2 only come with a 2.3-liter compressor; I don't see any reason not to get the 2300 for your truck.
I believe what Lucille is saying is that a 1900 will be enough for a stock higher compression motor. If he has no plans to go bigger in the future then a 1900 would fit the bill just fine. However, if something happens to the motor and he plans to go with more CI and or lower compression so he can run higher boost then a 2300 would be a better choice.

I got some 60# injectors from FIC. They are basically the 55# Shelby GT500 injectors modified for more max flow. Unfortunately, they are still in the box they should be installed by this time next week. I am going to use offsets for the 55#'s to start my tune. I'm hoping that I won't need to fiddle much with the offsets to get my tune sorted.

Edelbrock and Whipple offer a 2.3 for the 6 liter trucks NOW, and I certainly think a 2.3 blower is the way to go on a 6.2. All I was trying to say is that (at the time) the only kit offered with a 100k power train warranty was the 1.9 Maggie, everything else was a non warranted Tuner kit.

Got it. I didn't realize you were referring to the optional warranty plans offered with the supercharger kits.

Just curious...would it be a bad idea to go with blower cam from the get go? Even though it may be a year before I get the blower? What would be the negative affects of this if any?

I personally wouldn't do it unless you've got a wild hair to change something.

What are the specs fo the blower cam youre considering? There really isnt anything bad about doing a "blower" cam while NA as theyre usually pretty docile with a decent amount of overlap. If you went with something thats going with work well with a small converter later Id do something around a 218/230 on a 114 which would work well NA but respond very well once that blower gets strapped on.

Id do the cam before the blower simply because youre going to have ot yank the heads to swap the cam lifters anyway and those maggys are heavy *****. Id rather pull a plastic manifold off than that boat anchor
