TVS modifications needed to work on 02 Sub?
#1
Vortec350SS turned me on to looking at a supercharger for my Sub, from a big tuebo, and said the TVS1900 is the way to go over the Radix. Sounds good to me.
In looking, it looks like there are mods that need to be done to be able to run it. Heard something about a throttle body, but didn't know if there are any other mods needed.
This way I can start with a shopping list as I peruse the forums.
Does the kit come with a new fuel pump or does the stock pump keep up? What should I look for in a good cam for the super? Street truck, overall stock, will have bolt ons by the time this comes around.

The kit should come with a fuel pump, different year kits come with different things. Pretty sure for your year it will have a pump. Cam will depend on your goals, do you tow, how you will use it, what stall speed converter you will have if not stock etc. We can help get you setup if you give us more information.

I think the proper parts could all come direct from Magnuson with no modding on your end... but I would talk to someone there.
I may be mistaken though...

They have the pieces certainly, but who and how you have to ask to get what you want may be a pain. I know they have a fitting for the fuel rail for return setups. You certainly want the TVS kit over the radix because of the better design. TB isnt a huge issue; you can use yours with an adaptor, or just upgrade that to a 92mm or 102mm while you are at it. A cam isnt required, but it will certainly add performance.
