Default turbocharged.. converter size for DD

Im sure this question has been asked but I couldnt find it anywhere. Got a new tranny with low km so im putting a shift kit in and corvette servo's, I want a higher stall converter but i'm not sure which size to go with. Truck is my daily driver and for the next 5 months I have a 70 mile/day round trip to school and the driving varies from highway to stop and go city traffic. What size stall would you recommend for my 4L60E? I was told 2500 by my local tranny shop (they don't deal a lot with 4l60e's though) but I trust your opinions better than theirs. Also, the tranny I have is out of an 05 suburban 5.3L any chance its a 65e?
Cheers

Looking at your signature, I see a trade-off.
For the 4.8 I would say a 2800-3000 so you can spool up the turbo
You have a 6.0 sitting in the garage. What ever stall speed you pick for the 4.8 will be increased be the tq the 6L will make when you install it. So if you dont want to buy another converter or get yours re-stalled for the 6L then you should get a tight one for now, 2400-2600. When you put in the 6L it will stall closer to 3000 and be perfect for a turbo/6L.

2800-3000 for the 4.8 if you have a t60. 3000-3200 if you have a t67.

lol thanks guys, my turbo is a t60, when the 6.0 goes in ill be going to a t67 ball bearing. So i'll go with a 2500 and that should be good with the 6.0? also what else can I do to the tranny before I install it that will help it survive longer once the 6.0 is in?

I have a Yank TT3000 in mine and it's a DD 70 mile round trip!! No problems and very streetable. I still get 17-18 mpg if I can keep my foot out of it!! I would go for the higher stall now since it would fit both applications well.

Mines a 2800-3000 stall. Works fine for DD. The only things that bugs me is it may be a little too high for the amount of weight I tow. But for street use anywhere from 2500-3000 should be fine.
