Default Turbo trick help

Hello. I'm trying to get everything right decision before I can buy all kit from trick. I have hard time and been research about turbo. Which should I go 72mm or 76mm I want make good power and try avoid the lag. 500-600 hp all my goal. It gonna be on 5.3 06 Silverado. I like drive daily and race some for fun I want t76. Want see anyone feedback with me and save time for me decision. I want buy it by tonight.

Id just email Rick from trick performance and tell him what you have for parts and what your goals are.

I bought my kit from KB and thats basically what I did, Kyle told me a 76mm is what will meet my goals and said my parts list looks good

I did, I'm trying see if 76mm ok not lag so I can buy it. But no one had experience about 5.3 with 76mm

Is it a stock 5.3?

My stock 5.3 makes just under 500wheel on 93 oct and at 12 psi w a mp70. Instant boost and I daily mine too.

im doing a borg warner 72mm on mine. Spool is going to vary though depending size of the turbine wheel and ar of the housing

im going 83mm turbine wheel and .90 housing

Yeah. Plan to cam and some head works on 5.3. 76mm .96 is to much for that?

96mm turbine wheel? that is pretty big.

i debated going to a 1.0 housing but figured my motor is stock and ill be doing some towing so i went tighter

I don't know. Trick stage 3 showing 76mm I guess it's .96ar still bad idea for big ?

If u are doing cam and head work I would think the 70 would be to small.

I have the maps of the 76 and 70 but don't know how to read them

they could be talking about the ex. housing AR.

If it were me id get the full specs of the turbo, i was in between the s475 and s472, i opted for the smaller but i know it can easily meet my goals
