Most generally this truck is pulling cars back and forth to car auctions. I really missed having a fast truck but I really needed a truck with a purpose so I built one to satisfy my every need! It is a bone stock 4.8 with a 4l80 swap. It made 448/472 on 10lbs before I ran out of fuel. I will be sumping the tank asap to get me to 15lbs. I purchased the front manifold but everything else was built by myself. I didnt build this thing with intentions of being the fastest thing out there but built it to use and abuse while saving fuel. So far I am very pleased with the outcome! questions are welcome!

The turbo is a volvo HX55 with an 80mm inducer and an 86mm exducer. Seems to work awesome and spool fast! The truck had factory 4.10 gears and they seem to be working great for my application!

What size turbo is that ? How bout some specs on drivetrain , I did see you swapped in an 80e .

 

I had info at the beginning of the thread but it got deleted, not sure how but i posted back up. and added the pictures that were originally there! This is all in a 2003 1500 4x4 truck that just looks like your normal everyday truck with some rough terrain tires! I will get more pics asap of the truck itself
