Default turbo sierra n Th400...

Just thinkin of using a th400 on my sierra..
4.8 75mm t6 ls9 cam, E85 120 inj..
14B with 4.10 .
Thinking of using a th400,whats you're results?
10sec is good enough.

Why not a TH400 instead? Even a built TH350 can handle it's fair share of punishment.

Powerglides have their place in racing, but that's about the only place I would put one. So it's entirely dependent on what you plan to do with the truck.

IMO you will not be making enough power, the weight of the truck is to much to make the glide effective..

Im with John on this one, i would stick with a TH400, or TH350.

If you are going to a 3spd and loosing overdrive I would do a TH400. I wouldn't mess with a TH350 seeing as though the 400 is much stronger.

glide isn't any good for a heavy truck. i use a th400 and it works great street and strip. can handle a lot of power and swap is fairly simple.
