well with it only being a half ton 4x4 and the 60E in it i'd like to just keep it safe to drive and still enough power to have fun with. I figured i could do bolt on's and get the horsepower im looking for but nothing like the sound of a turbo. Plus still need it to pull and hopefully soon plow some too.

Even a mp112 would give u more than the power u are lookin for with lots of low end power and torque. My buddy is selling an sts kit with a 67mm garrett turbo made 500hp on his truck with 8-10psi.

The fun thing is getting the manifold for it,or having one built..Where do ya find them/have them built? I've been wanting to put a turbo on my 4.8 for along time, I forgot who it was but they ran adeal at the first of the year for like 1900 bucks complete turbo set-up without intercooler..

^^ that's all you need right there. 6-7psi will give you more then what your looking for and you can just keep timing low an early shift points
