Talking Turbo Questions

I need advice on what turbo size to get. Some say go twins some say go big single. I want something that's killer from a dig and from a 35-55 roll. I'm not a turbo master so just looking for a little advice anything would be appreciated.

I have a 99 Silverado with a 5.3. Right now just a 226/232 cam with long tubes, and spray. lol
