Got some new photos up. Tial wastegate and blowoff valve, 4" aluminum intake pipe. Check out the 5" turbo inlet pipe, he needed a very tight radius so he made one out of a 5" chrome tip.

Holy crap, why are you running such thick header material?? Those headers alone will probably cost you 1/10th in the 1/4.. You probably would have been better off with some 16ga. 321 stainless..

Just my $0.02
Here are just a few reasons: More durable, better heat retention, i.e. better spool, and about 5 times less money than 321.

As far as weight each header weighed about 12lbs. Hardly enough to be concerned with. The tubular headers that were on the truck weighed at least 8-10lbs ea.
