Default Turbo plugs with NA?

Out of curiosity, will an engine (naturally aspirated or an FI motor out of boost) run noticeably different if it has "turbo plugs" rather than plugs more suitable for NA operation?

The reason I ask is because I have some TR6's I would like to put in when I do a top end build, but the turbo and tune may not happen for another few weeks or even months afterward.

Tr6's are only one step colder. You won't notice much difference if any at all.

I agree, you wont be able to tell a difference with 6's. Maybe 7s, definiately be able to tell with 8s.
