There's no allen screw for oil supply. Do you have a HD with the factory oil cooler or something? If not, then there's an oval shaped plate above the filter. Pull it off via the 2 bolts and drill and tap if with an 1/8" NPT tap. I forget the drill bit size, but go one size smaller than recommended, because the aluminum is pretty crappy and the runout on the drill will make the hole bigger. Once that's done you can thread a 1/8" NPT brass fitting in there.

Most quality BOV's come with the necessary mounting harware and flanges.

You said you need an oil pan fitting, is that for the return?

Check out ATP turbo for all the couplers reducers and elbows.
Oh yeah, they have the return flanges too.

i got the bov from a friend who had it on a kit so i did not get the flange. becouse it was welded to the pipping. no i don't have the oil cooler but mines not a plate its like a big fitting and i could have sworn it had a set screw in it i'll look again copuld be wrong have been before. i though this is where the sts kit gets its oil. yes the oil pan fitting is for the oil return. i'll check out atp thanks. do you see anything i may have missed from the list?

Your oil feed line is a bit big, I wouldn't go any bigger then a -4, would probably only do a -3 if it was me. Turbos don't need much oil and to big of a feed line will often over oil them.

I looked over your list and noticed you had 3.5"-3.5" coupler for TB to intercooler tubing. The TB is like 3.75" and trust me its impossible to stretch these couplers a 1/4" I tryed . You need to buy a 4" to the throttle body and the other side whatever size tubing your going to use for the intercooler piping. I buy all my stuff from AGPturbo.com if they dont have the stuff your looking for on there website give them a call because because they may have or can get it. I talked to the guy there one day and he said they were working on a single turbo kit for the GTO. Are you going to run your turbos up top or under the truck?

Well I'm Actually Working On In The Bed Yes In Not Under It Will Be In A Tool Box With Provisions Made To Help It Breath. But I'm Trying To Get Some Opions On The Oiling I Think That Since Its In The Bed Not Under And It Will Sit About As High As The Heads I Beleive That It Will Gravity Drain Into The Oil Pan With No Problem And I Don't Think There Will Be A Problem With Oil Sitting In The Turbo With The Key Off Becouse The Oil Line Will Drop Striaght Down Then Go To The Oil Pan. But I Will Like Some Opions. I'm Putting It In The Bed Becouse It Is 4wd And I Like To Use It And I Cam Up With A Snorkel Idea For The Really Fun In The Mud Days So Unless My Cab Itself Is Under Water It Will Be High Enough Lol. What Do You Think. Oh And Thinks For The Heads Up On The Tb And Maf I Haven't Measured It Yet And I Keep Forgetting.

If you over oil, oil can be pushed past the seals into the exhaust housing and smoke. If you want to run bigger lines cuz the material is free that's cool, I would just run a 1/16" to 1/8" restrictor at the turbo inlet.

I have a 12volt oil pump if you end up needing one and I also have some alum. piping and one coupler that is 3.5-3.0 I have left over because I thought I could stretch it over the TB.

You're going to need an oil pump. The height of the turbo is one thing and gravity will move it down some, but you can't rely on the pressure of the supply to push all that oil all the way back to the engine. Especially while the truck is accellerating. You need a pump there to help scavenge the oil out of the turbo in addition to pushing it horizontally back to the engine.

As for the exhaust outlet flange, does your turbo have provisions for a V-band? If so, go with that, they work well and they're easy to deal with.
