well you could do damage with boost only, or with nitrous only, there is a fine line between how much boost and nitrous.
How much boost are you running? Want to run? What is your setup? Start there and then maybe add a little juice to spin it up faster, good tuning required.

Well I'm runnin a STS@ 5psi on a bone stock LQ4 along with a 50 wet shot to get it off the line.

Went from a 2.3 60' to a 2.0 60' on the 50 shot.

We really need to know more before we make any speculations... It all boils down to your tuning and what your comfortable with though (within reason)

I say 20psi and a 250 shot for starters. Once you feel the tune is 'safe', then really crank it up.

I'm getting tired of all these "how much boost" threads. Damn.

I'm just trying to bust your *****.

Anyway, what is your reason for running nitrous? Are you having a hard time getting it to spool? What size turbo do you have? Meth might be a better option if you're trying to fight high IAT's.

I had the kit before I put the turbo on.. I Wanna keep the iats down and try to get a little extra outta it if I can.. Lower et's.. But If turning into a meth head will be better for it.. Might wanna go that rout.. I run my quads off that.. so an endless supply is available..lol
