Default Turbo Help needed!!!

Hey guys, im posting this up for my cousin. Hr has a 1994 Dodge Dakota with the 5 speed and 318. He recently got a 318 block that he had freshened up and it was bored .30 over. Any advice on what size turbo he should run, head wise whats a good choice, and what about cam wise? hes looking to make some pretty good horsepower numbers, but he is going to drive this thing, and he will be leaving the 5 speed in it, so driveability is important also. He will be making his own turbo kit, for it, and we will be providing a detailed build up with pics...So any help would be really really appreciated alot!!!
Thanks Guys!!!

OK where do I start? First I can't recommend a turbo without knowing the horsepower target he is trying to achieve. Second depending on his bugdet he may not need a wild set of heads and/or a hot cam, this too depends on his hp target. Thirdly a 5 speed turbo V-8 can be very streetable.

well I'm pretty sure he can obtain that kinda power w/ just a turbo setup. A masterpower T70 is a great bugdet turbo also.

You need a 66mm unit to feed that motor without having elevated IAT's. You could run bigger but that will add more lag to the system.

stock trans and clutch aint gunna like it. rearend mite not either. one thing to keep in mind is the factory ls heads flow great, but the older small block chevy and dodge heads didnt flow very well. i think they will hurt you. did the 360's have better flowing heads/bigger valves? that mite be an idea.

Good heads, FI cams are usually not real crazy so go that route, and if he is only looking for 450-500 I would go with something around a 67 - 70mm unit..........im with WJMark chinese **** sucks!
